My name is Josh McConville.

 

I am a highly experienced Personal Trainer operating in JD Gyms Widnes, as well as online.

I have a real passion for not only helping my clients fulfill and surpass their fitness goals, but also educating them in all things fitness and health.

Specialising in weight loss, strength gain and muscle tone, all clients receive a tailor-made training programme (gym and/or home workouts) as well as a detailed nutritional plan.

ONLINE COACHING

Tailor-made training and nutritional programmes that can be completed at the gym and/or at home.

6 WEEK TRANSFORMATION

This face-to-face option provides one personal training session per week at JD Gyms Widnes (requires gym membership), complete with your own custom-made training and nutritional plans.  

6 WEEK INTENSIVE TOTAL BODY TRANSFORMATION

Another face-to-face option consisting of 2 sessions per week. Ideal for those who are new to the gym requiring a little more guidance. Again, complete with your own unique plans.
