  • Ideal for those new to the gym who are just starting out as this allows for 2 face-to-face sessions per week, allowing maximum levels of guidance. 
     

  • Complete with a custom-made, unique training programme, alongside detailed nutritional guidance including guidance on calories, macronutrients and recipes to keep it exciting!
     

  • Whether your goals are weight loss, strength training or muscle gain (or all 3!) then this plan is perfect for you.

     

  • If you're still not convinced, both packages also include a FREE 30 minute complimentary session where your goals, needs and preferences will be discussed - for YOU to decide if Personal Training is something that would benefit you.
