• A monthly subscription to my online personal training coaching, specialising in weight loss, strength training and muscle gain; providing total body transformations and sustainable results.
• Perfect for those with varying schedules and availability as you can complete the workouts whenever suits you. Also ideal for those without a gym membership!
• You will receive bespoke, custom-made training programmes, uniquely designed for either gym and/or home workouts (home workouts will be designed based on equipment available but NOTHING is required).
• The number of workouts per week will be designed around your life and commitments, there is no pressure AT all involved in my coaching.
• Google docs for recording workouts (sets, reps, weights used, distances etc).
• Personalised, NON-RESTRICTIVE nutrition plans, complete with recipes, caloric guidance and macronutrient information – all designed with YOU in mind.

• Track nutrition through a food diary – MyFitnessPal for people who want to track calories.

• Daily/weekly check-ins (depending on preference) – we'll discuss anything you’re struggling with, mood, sleep, weight, any alterations needed etc. I love to know how YOU are getting on!
• Expert fitness advice to both educate you and change your life - I am a firm believer in educating clients during every stage of their fitness journey and all my programmes are supported by the very latest expert advice and guidance.
